A few years ago while I was in Florida before a cruise, I tried indoor skydiving.  It was quite an adventure because it was loud, exciting, and it was something I had never tried before.  The only drawback was that although I’m 5’4″ tall, they provided me with the required jumpsuit that was probably more for someone 6′ tall. I felt like a little kid with my pants hanging over my shoes and my arms getting swallowed up inside the jumpsuit.  It was fun but what if I could try this on my cruise instead of before my cruise?

Royal Caribbean is doing just that!  They are now offering the first of its kind simulated sky diving at sea. After training, guests gear up while onboard the Quantum of the Seas and head outside to go inside the first ever sky diving experience while on a cruise.  Try to wrap your head around that one. Got it? Ok, here’s how it goes.  After your training and after you put on that super sexy jumpsuit, you’re going to walk up outside by the FlowRider and then go inside a huge wind tunnel to experience what skydiving is like while onboard a cruise ship.  How cool is that? Want to see it for yourself? Take a look at the video below:

So what are you waiting for action seekers, daredevils, and thrill hunters?  Book your next Royal Caribbean cruise on and you might find yourself flying above the top deck of the Quantum of the Seas like you never imagined you could.
