In my last post, I covered in photos the process of taking the train from Nuremberg, Germany to Erlangen to board Viking Atla for my Romantic Danube river cruise with Viking River Cruises.

The train ride took only about 15-20 minutes with one stop in Furth (Bay).
Here’s a quick video I took from inside the train looking out to the cities and German countryside. The process was easy and it was a fast and efficient way to get to my cruise.
Have you traveled by train in Germany? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
